They are manufactured in special steel and complete with blades manufactured with high Cr. content steel and rubberised spacers.
They are especially utilised for processes whereby a maximum of 5-6 cuts with 0,3 to 3 mm thickness are necessary.
The blade assemblies are mechanically clamped on the shear’s shaft without the need of utilising steel spacers, this solution allows for fast changes of width bands and at the same time insuring the high precision of the cut.
The double locking system enables a very precise rotation of the slitter blade (± 0,005 mm.).
Such a feature makes the cut of nonferrous materials even easier, producing strips having a minimum width of 50 mm.
